Movement Workshop
Learn what it means to be embodied joyfully, to trust your movements, and to take your space. We will bring awareness to the currency of our attention, and cultivate presence in our physical and mental bodies. We will dance from our hearts and explore visualization to awaken a deeper confidence in our decisions and our motion. Workshop participants will leave feeling energized, centered and inspired to move into the future with purpose. No experience is necessary!
