Vegan Cooking Demo & Dinner
Trying to cut back on dairy, meat, and gluten? Already totally vegan and/or gluten-free and looking for some inspiration? Curious to learn some cooking tips from a professional chef?
Join Chris McClay of the Modern Vegan Cooking School as she creates a sumptuous, seasonal three-course meal from scratch, in the intimate setting of the Frinklepod Farm Stand.
7:00 Cooking demo begins. Q & A welcome throughout. 8:00 Dinner is served!
Please bring your own plate, fork, and beverage or drinking vessel for water.
$10 covers the cost of the demo AND your entire meal! If you pre-register and pay through online, $1.34 in fees (from this site) will be added to your total. You are also welcome to register via email (frinklepodfarm@gmail.com) and drop off or mail us a check for $10. Please note that we can't hold your place until we receive payment.

About Modern Vegan Cooking School (www.modern-vegan.com): Modern Vegan Cooking School provides engaging programming in plant-based meal prep education to a variety of groups and individuals of all ages. While the meals demonstrated are entirely vegan, attendees need not fit a certain profile, as plant-eating is something we all do to our own degree.
