The Artaria String Quartet is excited to perform again at Sundin Music Hall - we'll celebrate the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth in 1770 with a complete performance of all 16 quartets.

For 6 days this spring, the Artaria String Quartet will pay tribute to Ludwig van Beethoven, born 250 years ago in 1770. His 16 string quartets are among the best of all time. The
ASQ will perform all of them over two weekends in February and April. That starts with this weekend, featuring the following quartets:
February 8 at 7:30 p.m.: Quartet in D major, Op. 18, No. 3; Quartet in F minor, Op. 95, Serioso; Quartet in B-flat major, Op. 130, with Finale - Pre concert talk with Mark Mazullo at 6:45pm
February 9 at 3 p.m.: Quartet in G major, Op. 18, No. 2; Quartet in E-flat major, Op. 74, Harp; Quartet in C-sharp minor, Op. 131 - Pre concert talk with Elwyn Fraser at 2:15 pm
February 10 at 7:30 p.m.: Quartet in B-flat major, Op. 18, No. 6; Quartet in F major, Op. 135; Quartet in C major, Op. 59, No. 3, Razumovsky - Post concert Q & A with the Quartet
April 18 at 7:30 p.m.: Quartet in F major, Op. 18, No. 1; Quartet in E-Flat major, Op. 127; Quartet in E minor, Op. 59, No. 2, Razumovsky - Pre concert talk with Mark Mazullo at 6:45pm
April 19 at 3 p.m.: Quartet in A major, Op. 18, No. 5; Quartet in C minor, Op. 18, No. 4; Quartet in A minor, Op. 132
April 20 at 7:30 p.m.: Quartet in B-flat major, Op. 130 + Grosse Fuga, Op. 133; Quartet in F major, Op. 59, No. 1, Razumovsky
