Chef Joe Kindred

As the chef/owner of Kindred in Davidson, NC, and Hello, Sailor in Cornelius, NC, Joe Kindred firmly believes that utilization and appreciation for quality product speaks for itself, especially when it fosters fruitful relationships with purveyors and, ultimately, guests. The family owned and operated restaurants, run by Chef Joe and his wife Katy, both have been named on bon appetits Best New Restaurants lists, in 2015 and 2018. Chef Joe was a semi-finalist for the James Beard Best Chef: Southeast in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
