Our upcoming class is all about pie crust fundamentals. We will demo a strawberry jam pop tart, an heirloom tomato galette, and a salted caramel bacon turnover! When you get these basics down, the sky is the limit with the different toppings and fillings you use. Join us on Sunday, June 30th at 4pm. This demonstration will last approximately two hours and attendees will be able to interact, ask questions, and of course sample the prepared items during class. There will also be wine and cheese to enjoy while you learn.
