Negroni & Boulevardier Class with Trevor Bowles
Join us with Trevor Bowles at Collins & Coupe to learn about two classic (and very similar!) cocktails: Negroni and Boulevardier to take your cocktail game to the next level! We will explore the history of this delicious and bitter mixed drink and learn how to make amazing cocktails with them, all while gathering useful cocktail-making skills to use your creativity at home.
Using professional, locally designed bar tools from Standard Spoon and gorgeous vintage glassware from Collins & Coupe, you will craft 2 cocktails during each course.
