Your intuition is always with you- whispering and guiding you. It provides balance to the typically analytical, logical view that society emphasizes. It gives us clues before something manifests on the physical plane.

Many women are disconnected from their intuition because of the busyness of their lives and the constant influx of information. It can be overwhelming! But it doesn't have to be. Join us and connect more deeply to your inner knowing.

We will explore feelings, synchronicities, dreams, and imaginings. Whitney Freya's book, Rise Above: Free Your Mind One Brushstroke at a Time, is the inspiration and "guide" for this workshop.

Susan Korsnick will lead the discussion, mindful warm-ups, and a painting practice step-by-step. No art experience needed. Don't let the "Oh I'm not an artist!" excuse stop you from doing this. It's not about being a good artist; it's about tapping into your inner wisdom with confidence.

Bring your own canvas (16"x20" is recommended) and a journal. All other materials are included in the cost.
