Summer Improv Audition Group
The goal this of this Performance Class is to work on skills for strong 2-person scenes, which form the backbone of longform improv shows. At the end of the class, students will perform two 12 to 15 minute improv set in front of an audience.
Students will focus on developing stronger relationships between characters, and using walk-ons and tag-outs to enrich the scene. Students will work on pacing through editing, heightening scenes, and making connections between scenes.
Rehearsal dates: July 10, 17, 24, 31 August 7, 14, 21 | 7pm - 9pm
1st Performance: Saturday, August 24 at 8pm with Front Porch Improv
2nd Performance: Tuesday, August 27 at 8pm in Blind Tiger Show

This class is for adults only.
LOCATION
Front Porch rents class space from several different businesses in the Savannah area. This class will be held at St Matthew's Church at 1401 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Savannah, GA 31415. NOTE: There is no religious element to this class and we are not affiliated with the church. There is free parking in the parking lot next to our rehearsal room.
