I'm hosting and guiding at this cozy Denver meditation center, Mayu (my-you) Sanctuary. I love this place. It's not associated with any tradition or particular spiritual belief. Just "Calm in the Center".

Note: This gathering is without the plant medicine as Mayu has a strict no substances policy. All fine, because it's a potent gathering with or without the cannabis. In fact, many have told me that this was a good way for them to "stick their toe in the water" before adventuring with cannabis in this realm.

- Come 3:45-ish to get settled (door locked at 4:05p)
- $20 a person in advance/$30 at door day of
- Bring water bottle & journal
- Wear loose comfortable clothes (avoid tight pants or jeans)
- No fragrances please
