Moving with the Spirit
Come celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall with a staged reading of Love! Valour! Compassion! by Terrance McNally. Join us on June 23rd at 6pm at Theatre 71, 152 W 71st Street, NY, NY 10023. This event is sponsored by The Gay Fellowship of Blessed Sacrament and presented by The Abingdon Theatre Company. Seating is limited reserve your space now. Make a donation to reserve your seat. A minimum donation of $50 per person is requested that is 100% tax deductible. The proceeds benefit the Blessed Sacrament Outreach to the Poor and the Tyler Clementi Foundation. The Tyler Clementi Foundation was founded by the Clementi family to prevent bullying facing vulnerable populations, especially LGBT communities and other victims of hostile social environments.
The evening will include a cocktail hour, a reading of the play and a reception with the cast. A cocktail hour will begin at 6pm with the staged reading at 7pm. A reception with the cast will follow.
