Queertopia 2019: Sustained EMERGEncy
Queertopia is in our fourteenth year of ungovernable queer art-making during Pride week. This year, we are responding to urgency with care and adaptability. This year, we are in sustained conversation with crisis.
What happens when an emergency doesnt conveniently end? How do we adapt to continue to respond effectively? How do we grow right responses? How do we sustain ourselves during continuous emergency?
(The first) Pride was an emergency. This is an emergency.
