In the Parlour with CurEat
Legendary chef Bill Smith, who stood at the helm of Crook's Corner for 20 years, chef Caroline Morrison, co-owner of The Fiction Kitchen, and Lesley Anderson, GM of Ashley Christensen's Poole's Diner, will come together on Sunday, June 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Baldwin& to discuss the impact, power, and support of the LGBTQ+ community in the hospitality industry. Proceeds from the event benefit the LGBT Center of Raleigh. CurEat Founder Steve Mangano will moderate the panel!
Join CurEat and Videri Chocolate Factory in welcoming this accomplished group of food and beverage talent to the Baldwin& space. Food will be provided by Bill Smith and Caroline Morrison, and Social House Vodka and Ponysaurus will provide drinks. The evening will be a great way to engage in community and meet the men and women who positively influence the culinary space.
In the Parlour is a series of discussions curated by CurEat to showcase the talent and voices of the hospitality industry and broader creative community. CurEat believes in positive community contributions and we hope In the Parlour will be part of a brighter future of celebrating what is great and good.
