Broadway Chamber Players Presents: Sax-O-Philm! Sights and Sounds of the 1920's!

BROADWAY CHAMBER PLAYERS PRESENTS
the premiere of SAX-O-PHILM: Sounds and Sights of the 20s with a 25 piece Pops Orchestra!
The concert will take place at: St. Malachys Church, 239 West 49th St. New York City The program will be approximately 90 minutes. SAX-O-PHILM features virtuoso Chad Smith on C melody and alto saxophone accompanied by a visual backdrop of famous silent movies and montages. The musical compositions are by 1920s saxophone virtuoso, Rudy Wiedoeft. The new orchestral arrangements are by the huge talents of Dan Higgins and Emmy Award winning Lanny Meyers.

Saxophobia, Saxarella, Valse Mazanetta, Sax-O-Phun and others are brilliantly adapted for saxophone and orchestra!!!
