Frederick Hodges Presents the Classic Silent Film - Safety Last!

Coming to Fort Bragg this summer, internationally renowned pianist, Frederick Hodges, will present a classic from Hollywood's Silver Screen, performing his original film score on the magnificent Falcone grand piano. On Saturday, August 24, Harold Lloyd's comedic masterpiece, "Safety Last!", will be shown, along with short comedies featuring Laurel and Hardy at their finest.

This event also includes a Silent Auction of terrific items and bargains galore, a generous concession counter providing all one's favorite movie snacks and soft drinks, beer and wine, and vintage music records played on an authentic model "Victor Talking Machine" phonograph. The performance will take place at the Eagles Hall of Fort Bragg, located at 210 N. Corry Street.

Doors open at 6:30 to allow ample time to take seats and grab some popcorn. Also included is an engaging introduction by Frederick Hodges preceding the movies. Plan for this unique experience on the Mendocino Coast, and make a note on your calendar, Now!
