Meet and eat with an astounding collaborative of chefs and cooks who have grown healthy food businesses from small and home kitchens. Learn their stories, discuss best practices, and ways to support empowering home kitchens through local policy advocacy.

Attendees will share in family-style dishes in the cozy spanish-style patio at the new Casa Chaski's in the heart of West Long Beach with chefs:
