4th Annual Long Creek Paw Paw Fest

PawPaw Fest Peeps!!
The weather looks great for Saturday.. we are busy setting up the site and bringing in heavy harvests of gorgeous pawpaw fruit for you to taste.
The schedule is..
12:30pm - Pawpaw Cordage Making with Ancestral Knowledge guide Michael Escol. First 20 mins will be a walk and talk about sustainable harvesting practices. Then 40 mins will be dedicated to teaching how to process the bark and make cordage.Kids welcome.
1pm - Plant Walk & Food Forest Tour with Eric Joseph Lewis 'The Green Monk.
2pm - Edible Landscape Tour with Todd of Great Escape Farms.
3pm - Plant Walk & Food Forest Tour with Eric Joseph Lewis 'The Green Monk.
4pm - Pawpaws & Life at Long Creek Homestead with Michael Judd
.. and of course we will be celebrating everything pawpaw with multiple cultivar tastings, pawpaw ice cream, rocket stove jam, wood fired pizzas, fruit and tree sales, face painting, massage, kids zone, awesome fun music, eco-groovy vendors, circular strawbale open house... and high vibes!
