Roundabout
We are creatures of habit who like to go in circles; we enjoy establishing a routine and doing it again. This penchant for repetition is obvious in the way we go about our lives, but also in our art and music! While almost every piece of music is built around some sort of repetition, some pieces revel in it and exploit it fully. Join us for a concert of roundabouts, canons, and other circular music, featuring Ross Lee Finney's "Spherical Madrigals" and Brahms' Missa Canonica.
