Jordan Zimmerman, former Murray's Cheese Education Manager, will expertly guide you through this mouthwatering pairing class, and you will learn how to pair fine Scotches with artisanal cheeses.

Signature cocktail, four whiskies and four cheeses provided.

You will nose and tast the following selection:
- Leonora: Teeling's Small Batch Irish Whisky
- ALP Blossom: Michter's Unblended American
- Devonshire Red: Dalmore 12 Year
- Pria Azul: Jura 18 Year Old

PAYMENT, REFUND, AND TICKET TRANSFERRAL POLICIES
To register for any class at The Flatiron Room, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Nicole at nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc. Or you are free to transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc with the name of your substitute.
