Rise Above Book Club: Freedom

Explore each chapter of Whitney Freya's book, Rise Above: Free Your Mind One Brushstroke at a Time with Susan Korsnick, Certified Creatively Fit Coach. Over the course of 12 sessions, we will use discussion and guided intuitive painting to explore each chapter of the book.

In this session, we will focus on Freedom. "You are going to create the FEELING of freedom. What does it feel like to be free from any expectations or limitations?...Your mind is not meant to captain the ship. Your soul is... Let's see what insight we can gain from the canvas into what is holding us back." Whitney Freya

Bring your own canvas (16"x20" is recommended), mixed media pad (11x14 recommended), rags, cup for rinsing brushes, and a journal. Susan will provide paint, brushes, and palettes.
