Uptown Fridays: Things in Themselves
It's our highly anticipated party series and you're invited! Each party is inspired by one of this year's summer exhibitions. Come dance to the newest and most innovative music by a roster of international DJs! Meet and mingle with the community, artists, curators, collectors, critics, and music and nightlife personalities at the center of black art and culture. Admission includes a guided gallery tour of the exhibition Things in Themselves: Artists in Residence 2012-13! There will be a pop-up café and cash bar plus our free signature popcorn!
The event will feature a quick introduction/discussion with DJ Shaun J. Wright and host Ricky Jones.
