Jason Webley and Friends - FLOTSAM! River Tour Benefit
This summer, Jason Webley and a troupe of musicians, circus performers and puppeteers will be touring Oregon on a homemade raft. After performing at the Oregon Country Fair, they will float down the Willamette River, performing in riverfront parks in all of the cities and towns along the way. The tour will end in Portland the first weekend of August. This concert at Hale's Palladium is to raise money for this crazy idea and to spread awareness about the project.
Jason will be joined by many of the performers participating in the tour and some special local guests!
All proceeds will go to fund, feed and fuel the FLOTSAM! Tour.
JASON WEBLEY is a troubadour based in Everett, Washington. Beginning as a street performer in late 90s, Webley has built an international cult following for his songs and stories. Armed with an accordion, a guitar, a porkpie hat and a plastic vodka bottle full of pennies, he has performed in over forty countries and released a pile of records.
The event begins at 7 pm and is open to All Ages. Doors will open at 6:30 pm. Advance tickets are $15, or $20 day of show. VIP tickets are $30 and include a reserved seat in the front three rows and a FLOTSAM! tour poster.
