Mr Hollywood Burlesque 2015 Kirby LaBrea:Have you ever wanted to learn how to put together your favorite Sassy dance moves to create a Dance Combo worthy of a Showgirl? Back to Slaysics will give you the chance to, not only learn and build a large vocabulary of the fiercest Showgirl moves from Mr. Hollywood Burlesque himself, but also learn to combine your favorite dance steps together to create a short combination that best celebrates and shows off your individual personality! A great class for performers and performance crafting.

Learn how to tassel twirl with Vayda Rhynstone! We'll be discussing the basics of tassel types, construction, and application to get the best twirl. Followed by learning various movements, posture technique, and applying them music. Bring your own tassels & heels.

This is a hip-hop/ burlesque movement class set to indie/emo music. We will learn how to express & move to music that stirs our soul, in a way that is outside the box. I will show you musicality & beats in music in a routine using chair, floorwork, & striptease choreography.

10:00 AM - 11:25 AM DeeDee Queen/Will X Uly Cr*tch-to-Air Chair Tricks
In Crotch-to-Air Chair Tricks students will learn safe entries, holds, and exits for shoulder balances and rolls onto and off of a chair. We will spend 15 minutes doing an active warmup, including core-targeting exercises that will both prepare students bodies for this physical class and help students identify the muscles that they will need to safely execute chair acrobatics.
The class will then pair off, so that students can spot one another. The remainder of the class will alternate between demonstration of different chair acrobatics moves and transitions, demonstration of safe spotting, entrances, and exits, and then time to practice each movement. We will learn up to five movements: two different entrances into a shoulder balance on the chair, a modified headstand on the legs of a chair, and two exits to the floor: a fake split and a backwards shoulder roll off of the chair.
We will spend 5-7 minutes at the end of class cooling down and stretching.

Join burlesque and sideshow legend Georgette Dante as she recalls her life growing up in the carnivals and her many years in the entertainment field as a burlesque dancer, fire dancer, magician, alligator wrestler, and more.
