Pump House Up-and-Coming

We are incredibly excited to present three talented musicians from the Pump House and South County musical community! Leah Popovic, AnnaFaith Jorgensen, and Luca Simeone will be on-stage May 16th to rep their original music!

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
"Leah Popovic is a 16 year old high school student who has been dedicated to music since a young age. Focusing mainly on acoustic performance and musical theatre, Leah has played at Open Mic events across Rhode Island and is involved in the NKHS Theatre Program. She hopes keep music as a prominent component in her life moving forward"

"AnnaFaith Jorgensen began writing music as a student living in the desert southwest. Since returning to the northeast in 2018, she has been performing as a solo vocalist and guitarist. Her songs draw from experiences with wilderness, personal relationships, and family. As a musician, AnnaFaith is most inspired by artists such as Brandi Carlile, Shakey Graves, Florence and the Machine, and Amigo the Devil. Her signature finger picking style is rooted in the classic folk and blues she was raised on and the modern Americana she is drawn to as an adult. Her unique style of playing guitar, combined with powerful vocals, fills the room and leaves audiences with a bittersweet, soulful feeling and sense of wonder."

"Luca Simeone is a high school senior at South Kingstown High School. His music tonight will follow an acoustic/singer-songwriter vibe with a repertoire including well known covers as well as originals. Luca has been a regular performer at the Pump House since its opening and can be seen playing at open mics or with his band 'Smug Honey'"
