Amanda Dutson and Isik Tlabar bring you an evening of accessing your power through shamanic yoga and deep release through breathwork.

Connect to your POWER through movement with your body

Amanda will be leading you through a series of heart opening yoga poses to tap into your inner power. You will also be allowing your own intuitive movement to flow through to enable you to access stuck emotions stored in the physical body to feel release and subsequent healing.
All levels welcome. Come as you are.

REMINDER: This workshop will bring up emotions. At times it may challenge you and bring you out of your comfort zone. This is natural. When you are held in a safe and loving space without judgement, your body feels safer to feel any challenging emotions in order to release.

Amanda Dutson is an Ordained Shamanic Minister, Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, CTI Intuitive Life Coach, a Certified 200 Hour YTT Yoga Teacher, Women's Circle and Workshop facilitator and Reiki Practitioner. She helps align you with your souls calling.

Isik is a transformational coach, breathwork facilitator and writer. She empowers women to live their truth. She offers group and 1-1 breathwork journeys as well as 1-1 transformational coaching sessions. Isik also leads workshops connecting women to their feminine power.
