This group of jazz musicians sings some of the more popular Beatles tunes and tells the stories behind them. The Beatles wrote about what they knew, what they read about in the news, what they dreamed about and the passion of the 1960s. Some of these handpicked Beatles songs hold the original arrangement but most are uniquely interpreted just for this tribute to what many consider the greatest rock band of all time.
"I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, The Beatles did." Kurt Vonnegut
