About the Instructors: Tara Lynn spends her days designing an existence around travel and wellness and her chief source of wellness has been her yoga practice. Drawn by the physical, spiritual, and mental benefits, yoga became more than just a workout after she spent a year traveling and collecting inspiration from every corner of the globe. A month-long stay at a Sivananda ashram in Vietnam really created this shift - Tara realized how her yoga practice gave her the capability to come home to herself, no matter where she was in the world. This experience gave Tara the inspiration to build her company Om the Go, and create the Asana Pillow, a 2-in-1 neck pillow and travel yoga mat. She wants there to be no compromise of wellness with travel and instead, seeks to compliment the two. After receiving her teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2016 Tara has found a passion for sharing the gift of yoga from community classes to international retreats. Her mission is to remind you that everything you are searching for, is within. Come home to yourself. See more about Tara and her offerings... www.taralynnhubbard.com
