48th Annual World's Largest Salmon Barbecue - July 6th, 2019
The 48th Annual World's Largest Salmon BBQ will be held on Saturday, July 6th in Fort Bragg, CA,from 11:00 am-6:00 pm. Cost: Adults - $33.00 Children (12 and under) $10.00.
This event is sponsored by the Salmon Restoration Association, a local no-profit that is dedicated to improving local spawning streams along the Mendocino California coast. All proceeds from this event assist in funding stream restoration and watershed education programs.
The meal features grilled wild caught salmon, fresh corn on the cob, salad, and local bread from Fort Brag Bakery. Coffee is provided by Thanksgiving Coffee and Ice Cream for dessert is available from CowLicks. A variety of craft brews from North Coast Brewery and a wide selection of wine's provided by Barefoot Winery can also be purchased.
Eating is only one part of the festivities there's also live music throughout the day to keep things lively, educational booths, Mendocino Eco-Artists raffle. and then there's people watching and just having fun with family and friends.
The Salmon Restoration Association is a non-profit, all volunteer organization that is supported entirely by our sponsors, individual donations, and fundraising.
