2019 Faith Community and Mental Health Summit: Teen Mental Health
Emmaus Counseling Center presents 2019 Faith Community and Mental Health Summit - - "Teen Mental Health: Anxiety and Depression - What Teens are Facing Today and How You Can Help". Speakers will talk about anxiety, depression, family dynamics and what the faith community and other individuals can do to improve teen mental health. All teens (all people) experience some amount of anxiety and depression. Both are actually normal reactions to stress. However, when these feelings interfere with normal daily living, it is time to seek help. Come and Learn what YOU can do. Community agencies and behavioral health providers will have information booths for you to visit and learn more about available services.
