Haven Gastropub is proudly hosting Michael David Winery for our next five course wine dinner. Chef Craig Brady has created an extraordinary menu paired specifically with a few wines from the Michael David portfolio. Michael and David Phillips' family has been producing fantastic wine from California's Lodi region for years, and we are excited to feature them here in Orange County. Wine maker and Laguna Beach native, Jeff Farthing will be joining us for the event to give guests first-hand details of the wines chosen for our menu.

Michael David: Sauvignon Blanc scallop ceviche, compressed watermelon, easter egg radish, lime vinaigrette, micro cilantro
Incognito (White) agnolotti, sweet corn and herb filling, chanterelle mushrooms, truffle butter
Incognito (Red) seared duck breast, red cabbage pureè, roasted plums, charred baby leek
Gluttony wild boar tenderloin, wrapped with swiss chard and prosciutto, pommes robuchon, chasseur sauce
Rapture braised goat shoulder, summer bean ragout, lamb pancetta, red wine jus
