JON WILLINGER QUARTET WITH JOE GIGLIO
SHOW WILL CONSIST OF 10 TO 15 JAZZ SONGS. THESE INCLUDE SONGS BY CHARLIE PARKER, MILES DAVIS AS WELL AS SONGS FROM THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK. JON PLAYS BARITONE AND ALTO SAXOPHONE AND FLUTE. JOE GIGLIO PLAYS GUITAR AND SINGS. THESE ARE MAINSTREAM, SWINGING JAZZ AND BLUES.
JON WILLINGER STARTED ON GUITAR AT AGE 7 AND PERFORMED AS EARLY AS 13 ON THE WRVR RADIO. HE LATER ADDED FLUTE AND THEN SAXOPHONE. HE HAS PLAYED IN A WIDE VARIETY OF MUSICAL SETTINGS INCLUDING JAZZ, BLUES, FOLK AND CLASSICAL. HE HAS PLAYED WITH BIG BANDS, SMALL JAZZ GROUPS, ROCK AND BLUES GROUPS, CLASSICAL ORCHESTRAS AS WELL AS SOLO CLASSICAL RECITALS. JOE GIGLIO HAS BEEN AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT IN THE NEW YORK JAZZ SCENE FOR MANY YEARS. HE IS ONE OF THE GO TO JAZZ AND BEBOP GUITARISTS IN THE NEW YORK AREA. HE HAS PLAYED WITH NUMEROUS WELL KNOWN MUSICIANS AND PERFOMERS THROUGH THE YEARS.

Seating at Pangea is communal. Other guests may be seated at the table. There is a $12 per person food and beverage minimum at the tables. Guests may order dinner in the music room once it opens at 9PM
Seating for the show begins at 9PM. Its recommended to arrive no later than 9PM. Seating is limited.
Late arrivals will be seated at management's discretion.
