HOW DO DINOSAURS GO TO SCHOOL?
Beloved Author Jane Yolen joins the fun in letting PaintBox take some tails and spin them PaintBox style. Callum LaFrance tackles this feat, short arms, long neck and all!

Imagine, youre a grade-schooler. Lately, youve been getting into a little trouble, actually a lot of trouble. Well that's where our main character finds himself (Callum LaFrance). His parents are stumped but determined to help. Aha! A novel idea. As it happens, he has been a huge fan of Jane Yolen (fabulous writer and Valley resident) for as long as he can remember. As a little one he actually saw her read How Do Dinosaurs Learn Their Colors? So, his parents check out a copy of Janes beloved How Do Dinosaurs Go to School? from the library. The kid thinks its a bit babyish but promises to read it as he goes to sleep. Now the PaintBox fun starts. He wakes up in the middle of the night to discover he is no longer human; he is now a dinosaur! Amazingly, he takes this all in huge strides. Its a dream after all. Off to school he goes as he gets to re-live the entire book. The whole dream turns into a trial featuring all of the witnesses (audience members) testifying to his bad behavior. This just may be the key to mending some of his wilder ways. The kid wakes up slightly disappointed to discover that he is no longer a dinosaur but, thanks to Jane Yolen, he is now a far wiser, sillier, and happier grade-schooler. With Callum LaFrance performing as the kid, Linda Tardif and Gerrin Mitchell share all of the rest.
