St. Jack Chef Aaron Barnett previews Nicky USA's WILD ABOUT GAME
Portland Food Adventures returns to St. Jack for a wild and delicious evening to preview Nicky USA's Wild About Game event coming up in September.

Chef Aaron Barnett, along with GM Joel Gunderson and pastry chef Alissa Rozos have been wowing customers at St. Jack since it opened in 2010.  Having garnered numerous awards and accolades, including Eater PDX's Restaurant of the Year, St. Jack is consistently on everyone's top lists for dining in a city that has no shortage of amazing restaurants.

For a very limited number of adventurers, Aaron will serve a multi-coursed game dinner featuring products sourced from Nicky USAs vast array of superior meat products.  Geoff Latham from Nicky will be on hand to talk about game farming as well.

Six awesome courses of food mostly not available on the regular St. Jack menu, welcome cocktail, delicious wine pairings from Helioterra Wines, tip and certificates are all included.

Everyone who attends will recieve a discount offer to one of the area's most prolific and fun food events, Wild About Game (Sept 8th) along with some certificates from retailers that sell Nicky's products and a favorite of Aaron's or two.  Everyone will ALSO leave with gift certificates to Aaron and Geoff's recommended places:  Sheridan Fruit Company, Tails and Trotters and Grassa.

Multiple food experiences for the price of one.   It really is a great value!

Great for food groups and entertaining clients and/or employees.
