Skillshare Social: Heart of Glass

Say hello to DCTV's new member mixers that are part skillshare, part social Skillshare Socials! These thematic mixers will let you learn, mix and mingle with DCTV Training & Resources staff and fellow DCTV members, all for free. We'll also introduce an organizational partner or local vendor whose products or services you'll be able to enjoy at a discounted rate with the growing list of benefits that you'll receive as a DCTV Member.

This month's Skillshare Social theme is glass (aka lenses), in collaboration with friends IFP and Brooklyn Brewery!

Meet our Equipment Rentals Coordinator, Ashraf Rijal, who will give a run down on our selection of high quality Canon glass. Next, trusty Workshops Instructor Patrick Reis will share his expertise on lens selection for different cinematic styles and shooting scenarios, and what to consider when using Canon lenses on cameras with interchangeable lenses.
