We are all struggling to be seen, to be heard. In this adaptation we have chosen to focus on opening up the mind of someone who is struggling with serious mental illness (specifically anxiety and depression) and create a landscape in order for those on the outside to see what is actually going on. Our goal is to tell an honest story of trying to survive patriarchal systems of oppression and give voice to and validation to the mental health struggles that come with that.
