Storytellers
Cabaret White Storytellers will feature 4 of Portlands favorite singer/songwriters.
Nikole Potulsky, is considered a triumphant debut that is authentic to the bone and has been compared to greats like Lucinda Williams, John Prine, and Brandi Carlile. With one foot in the storytelling tradition of country music and the other in modern Americana, Nikole is as much a wise narrator as she is a talented musician.
Marianna Thielen and Reece Marshburn are two songwriters whose styles and influences converge to bring The Bylines' catchy, addictive sounds to vibrant life. They write and perform sophisticated, jazz-inspired, story-driven pop music, and the result is a blend of butter-smooth melodies, densely layered songwriting and powerful vocals.
Maya Grodman is a Swedish artist, therapist, and activist. She aims to use her voice whenever and however she can, in pursuit of healing and justice for the people and communities who need it. Her music is raw, vulnerable, and speaks her truth. She hopes that by sharing herself and her story through her music, others will be able to connect and feel less alone.
Each one unique, each one amazing.
Each one ready to tell you a story or two...or three.
