The 21st annual Old House Fair is South Park's historic home tour bringing together vintage home specialists, historic preservation enthusiasts, home owners and history lovers in celebration of the historic homes and character of our neighborhood. This year we're feating art + architecture in this charming neighborhood in the heart of the city!

Each year the Old House Fair Home Tour features five historic homes in the South Park neighborhood. With your ticket, you'll enjoy each home on the tour with docent-lead education and history. You may view the houses in any order you choose, and hop on and off the trolley with your tour ticket.

New for 2019 we will be featuring artists studios and gardens as well on the tour! Join us to see what's new.

This year our tour will begin at the Rose Wine Bar, 2219 30th Street in South Park. Ticket booth and information will be located on the patio space.

Across the street at Ivy Street Coworking curated selection of historic home preservation specialists, contractors and vendors who will be on hand to answer your questions and showcase renovation and restoration projects.

This year's event will also feature an architect-led bike tour of neighborhood homes built by notable architects both historic and modern. The bike tour begins at Ivy Street Coworking at the corner of 30th and Ivy.

End the day with a special Old House Cocktail party hosted at Kindred with Bad Madge from 3-6pm.
