TOAST OF THE TOWN - NEW SOUTHERN EATS
Join us for this year's Toast of the Town with our hosts RUMCOW. and Tryon Distributing!
The event will start at 5:15 at their sister bar Whiskey Tango Foxtrot with a complementary welcome beverage. At 6:00 we will head next door for Chef Joseph Sena's 5-course paired tasting menu - sure to delight your taste buds!

Crab cake over fried green tomato, arugula salad & Aveleda Vinho Verde
COURSE 2
Char spiced ahi tuna ceviche served in avocado boats & Naia Verdejo
COURSE 3
Seared Heirloom Caprase Salad served over toasted naan & Santi Ventale Valpolicella
COURSE 4
Jumbo blackened Shrimp tacos, goat cheese grit cake, topped with chimmichurri & pork belly lardons OR Seared pork belly served on onion naan with a fig goat cheese, peach rum chutney and arugula & Marietta Christo Rhone

Bread pudding bites served over ice cream / golden vanilla rum cake with raspberry sorbet & Rotari Brut Rose
