Chef Yu Bo Sichuan Banquet hosted by Qiu Tian Tian
Esteemed Chengdu chef Yu Bo -- As seen on Mind of a Chef -- will recreate an evening from his avant-garde Sichuan private kitchen, previously only available to intrepid travelers. Guests will enjoy dishes such as Chef Yus famed pen brush pastry, 4x4 appetizers, hedgehog bun, truffle cold noodle, and other haute Sichuan dishes never previously available to the American public.
The unique dinner will be held at Ms. Qius new Westside restaurant, Mala Town, where she will also curate Chef Yus creations throughout the evening.
