GOATFEST 2019

GOATFEST is an invitational beer festival that will be hosted at Varietal Beer Co in Sunnyside, Washington on Saturday, May 11th from 12pm-10pm. GOATFEST is meant to be a celebration of spring and the beginning of the growing season, represented by the Maibock beer style a traditional German strong lager drunk in spring.

This year we have invited some of our favorite lager brewing friends to produce their own unique versions of the Maibock style. This years lineup includes:

Chuckanut Brewery - Bellingham, WA
Three Weavers Brewing - Inglewood, CA
Wayfinder Beer - Portland, OR
Holy Mountain Brewing - Seattle, WA
Skookum Brewery - Arlington, WA

Admission is $25 and includes a festival glass with five scrip.

Food will be provided by HopTown Pizza and Mando's Tex-Mex BBQ and will include goat themed menu items such as goat cheese and roasted goat.

GOATFEST will be an all ages event from noon until 5pm, after which it will transition to a 21+ event until 10pm.

The brewery taproom will be closed to non-ticket holders.
