The Blue Mustangs are a local, high energy band who have been together several years. The band is known for supporting and strengthening community bonds and are excited to support Tekoa and its surrounding communities. Members consist of Sean Owsley as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist, Andy Stidham lead guitar and vocals, Darrin Truitt the bass guitarist, and Shane Chamberlain on drums.
Tekoa Empire Theatre is an Art Deco movie theatre built in 1940. Restored by a group of caring individuals, the theatre has established itself as a prominent Performing Arts Center for the county.
