Cat on a Hot Tin Roof
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Tennessee William's winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1955, surrounds a family celebrating the sixty-fifth birthday of their patriarch, Big Daddy, as they have sentimentally dubbed him. The mood is somber, despite the festivities, as a number of evils poison the gaiety: greed, sins of the past and desperate hope as the knowledge that Big Daddy is dying slowly makes the rounds.
Following the Sunday, July 21 matinee performance, we will have a talk-back discussion about the play.
Featuring: Heather Dudenbostel, Zach Harrison, John Parra, Beth Leonard, Calvin Taylor, Brie Turoff Mueller, Jim Lortz, Cliff Stephens
