April 2019 LAI Luncheon
Join us for a panel discussion with local and national leaders on the bleeding edge of the AV revolution.
The legions of prototype test vehicles prowling the streets of San Francisco won't be prototypical for long. With the state now issuing permits for full autonomous testing (read: no humans in the car), our promised Jetsons future is here.
April's luncheon will focus on the onset of autonomous transportation and the associated and profound - impacts on buildings, cities, and the region. Hear from industry luminaries how development projects can successfully respond to unprecedented challenges and opportunities; fundamentally new approaches to parking, loading, and ground floor design are just the tip of the iceberg. This sea change in personal mobility will have transformational impacts on residential and commercial real estate alike.
