RCRD 2019 Season Opener
We are back for yet another exciting season!!
At this game you get a rare chance to see our Brutes play in their home town, along with seeing your fave two home teams, Violet Uprising and Killer Queens! They are playing in a S.O.D.A cup A division game!
First up, our Brute Leggers will be up against a fellow Canadian team, the ToRD All-Stars! The Brutes are coming off a big win in Grand Raggidy , so come watch and cheer them on as they aim to get another victory!
Next, the two home teams from RCRD have a friendly rivalry and the Violet Uprising hope to show the Killer Queens that they want that S.O.D.A Cup for the A division this season! This will be a rematch you do not want to miss!
When:
5 pm: Doors open
6 pm: Brute Leggers VS ToRD All-Stars
8 pm: Killer Queens VS Violet Uprising
Tickets:
$10 Advance
$15 At the door ($10 for students, seniors, and CRDi members)
Kids under twelve are FREE!

New to derby?
NO PROBLEM! We warmly welcome folks who are experiencing roller derby for the first time. There will be lots of kind derby veterans excited to give you a bit of derby 101. If you want to study up before the bout here's a quick guide to derby.
If you'd like to sit trackside, we suggest bringing a chair or blanket.
Accessibility
This is a fully accessible event with external ramps and an elevator.
There is a short step down to the ice pad - a ramp is available to assist.
The space is quite large, made of concrete, and can be loud and echo-y.
On each floor there are men's and women's washrooms with stalls.
Thirsty?
We'll have Royal City Brewing Company and Wellington Brewery beer for sale and the entire trackside is licensed! We also have non-alcoholic beverages, and there are water fountains on-site.

Food will be available for purchase.
