Discover the delicious and exciting craft of drinkable ferments! Herbal & Ginger Beers, Kefir, Kombucha, Shrubs, Switchel, and Tepache all offer a unique opportunity to incorporate probiotics, tonic and therapeutic herbs, seasonal flavors and nutrient bioavailabily into your diet. During the workshop, we'll try the line-up of beverages listed above and make three kinds together: Nettle Beer, Berry Shrub and Pineapple Tepache. You will take home three jars to observe your creations as they ferment, along with recipes and knowledge to experiment further at home.
