7th Annual Skunk Funk
This, the 7th edition of our sorta-annual music festival, the Skunk Funk, features bands from nearby, as well as ice cold beer from our sponsor Empire Brewing and delicious food from MaMa Sheps. Join us for a day of great music (rain or shine!).

Heres the lineup:

The Cadleys are one of the most popular acoustic bands in the Northeast. Following in the tradition of great male-female duets like George Jones and Tammy Wynette, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, and Emmylou Harris and Gram Parsons, John and Cathy show how two voices blended in seamless harmony can produce one powerful sound.

A homegrown entity formed in Syracuse, the Ruddy Well Band has emerged as one of Central New York's premier performing string bands. A finely-crafted combination of dynamic rhythms, tight harmonies, and mindful lyrics  the acoustic instrumentalists bring their audience fun, foot-stomping Americana.

Harmonic Dirt is a collaboration of multi-instrumentalist Mike Gridley and lyricist Susan Coleman based in Central New York. They are joined by percussionist Taylor Bucci. The husband and wife duo of Coleman and Gridley are prolific songwriters, developing stories that draw from the rich heritage of American folk and roots music, but also weaving themes from literature, poetry, art, and current events. Their debut album Anthracite contains twelve songs which showcase the breadth of their musical and lyrical work, while providing familiar reference points to sixties folk-rock, Harvest-era Neil Young, as well as alt-country in the vein of Son Volt or early Wilco. They were a 2018 SAMMY nominee for their album Anthracite.

Jason Schnitt will once again be performing protest songs between sets just because he cant help himself from writing them. He was a 2018 SAMMY nominee for his album How to be Happy About the End of the World.
