WE Confidence Workshop
Everyone welcome to this friendly and relaxed Confidence Workshop, taking techniques from acting into everyday situations through an easily accessible approach.
Developed for non-actors, the session shares tips and tools for times when you have to be able to respond in the moment, rise to the challenge of the unfamiliar, find a confidence you dont feel, create an illusion and in doing so discover your inner strengths.
The approach is very friendly, no pressure, sometimes you may want to be in the role of positive audience, a valuable role and another great way to learn. Lots of laughter guaranteed!
- "Supportive, friendly and fun."
- "I loved this group. I'm not an actor in any way, but this felt like yoga for the social psyche. Trying on all kinds of new ways of being, just for a moment, in response to other people."
- "Amazing, friendly and fun sessions. I love being part of it!"
- "Catherine holds the sessions with safety and humour. I learned so much in a short time."
- "Catherine's superb Workshops have moved me forward in surprising and unexpected ways. I came away from sessions feeling stronger, clearer and more capable."
