Wind down your Wednesday workday with a stretch of your body AND your mind at this unique event that connects inner space with outer space. We'll begin with yoga stretches and breathing exercises led by Susan Topf from Sugarloaf Yoga Hikes, refuel the body with a provided local organic healthy drink, and then we'll stretch our minds with the docents at the Robert Ferguson Observatory. They'll give a short astronomy talk, and then you'll gaze at the great expanse overhead with the observatory's three amazing telescopes. Sister Moon will be big and bright, and it'll be a calf-stretching, mind-blowing experience that you won't want to miss! Hope to see you there!
The program starts promptly at 7:00PM. Tickets are limited to 20 guests; $45.00 per ticket.
RFO is operated by the Valley of the Moon Observatory Association, a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization, and all of the proceeds will go towards maintaining this beloved Sonoma county institution.
