COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Daniel Mezick is the Open Space facilitator for the April 13 Toronto Agile Community Open Space event. He is also the author of the two books, INVITING LEADERSHIP and THE OPENSPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK, the originator of Engagement Model concept, and the formulator of the OpenSpace Agility (OSA) Engagement Model & method. These tools are changing how Agile is implemented worldwide. Both of these methods have the potential to literally transform your Agile transformations in the Toronto region.
On one single Sunday, April 14, you can learn how to leverage the concept of invitation-over-delegation to improve the results you are getting. Daniel is teaching in detail from both of his books. Students receive these books in Kindle format, the teaching, and Level 1 certifications in both OpenSpace Agility (OSA1) and the Inviting Leadership method (IBC1) from the Open Leadership Network. Lunch is included and the seating is limited to only 16 students.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Daniel Mezick
Coaching executives and teams since 2006, DANIEL MEZICK is a ScrumAtScale Trainer, an expert on business agility, and an author of three books on organizational change and the formulator of the OPENSPACE AGILITY engagement model and method.
