Aaron Jonah Lewis and Jake Sanders in Concert
Tompkins Corners Cultural Center presents Aaron Jonah Lewis and Jake Sanders in Concert, performing as soloists and together.
Aaron is a champion fiddler who has been elbow-deep in traditional American fiddle and banjo music since his first lessons at the age of five with Kentucky native Robert Oppelt, and he is also noted for his mastery of multiple banjo styles. Aaron spends most of his time on the road, touring as a solo performer and with the Corn Potato String Band, Lovestruck Balladeers, and other projects.
Jake Sanders is a guitarist, bandleader and arranger who plays jazz and American traditional music. Jake has performed at the Chicago Jazz Festival, the Detroit Jazz Festival and the Brooklyn Folk Festival, as well as countless clubs, dance halls and theaters throughout North America. As a solo performer, with the Lovestruck Balladeers, or with one of his other bands, Jake Sanders is a consummate traveling musician.
