Les Dames d'Escoffier STL Present a Global Culinary Initiative - Passport to France, Destination Provence
SOLD OUT!! Join us for a gracious summer culinary evening at the newly- opened Venue at Maison du Lac in Pacific, Missouri.
Cocktails and hors d'oeurves, served on the terrace, will begin this idyllic summer evening at this 30 acre countryside venue, overlooking its lake and 1840s French immigrant stone farm house.
A multi-course, country French meal will follow, featuring the savory flavors of Provence.
Elsie Parker and The Poor People of Paris, a St Louis-based group that specializes in French music, will perform throughout the evening. A silent auction will feature many French-focused foods and herbs, wines, cookbooks and other items.
"Passport to . . . " is an annual philanthropic event of the Global Culinary Initiative of Les Dames d'Escoffier St Louis, providing financial support for culinary scholarships for women and for community outreach.
